We had to find a professional, effective manager, a trustworthy and reliable candidate to the position of the General Director of the Representative Office in Ukraine. The task was complicated by the fact that the former General Director left the Company and established own related business, thus, the Representative Office facing a crisis. There even was a concern of possible winding-up of the Representative Office if a new General Director would be unable to manage the financial position of the Company.

We got exclusive rights to search for a General Director for two weeks. We made major efforts that required delicacy and accuracy.
