We may also collect confidential personal information about you under certain specific circumstances. We only collect confidential personal data from you and process this data where you have given your explicit consent.

Where do we collect personal information about you?

We collect personal information about you from various sources: ​

  • Directly from you. This is the information you provide when looking for a new job and / or at different stages of the recruitment process.

  • Through publicly available sources. We use open sources such as LinkedIn, Internet search engines such as Google, work sites.

  • Follow the link or recommendations. For example, you may be recommended by a former colleague or friend.


How do we use your personal data?

We use your personal information to assess whether the position for which we are looking for a candidate is in line with your skills, experience and aspirations.

We will first collect basic information about you, such as contact information, position and experience. This basic information can be passed on to the client who attracted us. If you confirm from your skills and experience that this role may be suitable for you, then we will contact you for an invitation to an interview.

Who do we share your personal information with?

Your personal data may be passed on to the customer who hired us to help find staff for his company. In this search, we will contact you to check if the vacancy matches your skills, experience and aspirations. We may also investigate you to verify the information you provide.

What legal basis do we have for using your information?

For potential candidates and clients, our processing is necessary for our legitimate interests, as we need information to be able to assess suitability for potential roles, find potential candidates and contact clients.

If you are on the candidate list, this may involve the processing of more detailed personal data, including confidential data, such as health information that you or others provide about you. In this case, we always ask for your consent before carrying out such processing.


For customers, we can also expect that our processing is necessary to fulfill the contract for you, for example, when communicating with you.

What happens if you do not provide us with the information we require or ask you to stop processing your information?

If you do not provide the personal information necessary to continue working with your application, we may not be able to consider you as a prospective candidate for any current or future executive search tasks we may handle.

The User's consent to the processing of his personal data does not require from Business Resources LLC additional notifications when transferring his personal data to third parties in accordance with the provisions of Art. 21 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".


By accepting this agreement, the user confirms that he understands his rights under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", as well as the purpose of collection, storage and processing of personal data. The user also agrees that the processing time of his personal data is indefinite.


The site administration does not check and is not responsible for the services and sites of third parties to which it has no legal or factual relationship. All questions with the provision of such information will be settled by the User independently.

The site administration has the right to change the text of this policy unilaterally at any time. The user who accepts the text of this Policy agrees to change its text in the future.
